Your eyes are not playing tricks on you. You read the title correctly. This goes for everybody particularly the ones that have no clue about developing apps for phones.
There is now a website that will allow you to create your own apps for free, with a step by step interface. There are a few sites out but this one seems to really be making a big splash!
Really just go take a look see and maybe you might be drawn into doing it or at least experimenting and learning a few things. Best part it is FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
